Cintia has worked with children and families for over 10 years, gaining experience across various child care programs, team leadership roles, and specializing in enrollment. She is passionate about supporting youth in strengthening their academic and leadership skills while also fostering parent engagement by connecting families with resources to support their personal, academic, and professional growth.

Before joining VOCEL, Cintia participated in the VCPA program as a parent with her daughter, Melanie. This experience gave her firsthand insight into the incredible support VOCEL provides to families and deepened her appreciation for early childhood development. Inspired by this impact, she eagerly joined VOCEL’s team to continue learning and contributing to its mission.

Outside of work, Cintia enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, attending music festivals, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and managing her own small balloon décor business.
