Vibha joins VOCEL as the Director of Early Learning Leadership. This role will support the growth and execution of the Building Early Learning Leaders (BELL) program for school leaders and develop new professional learning initiatives. As a former teacher and school leader, Vibha has had the privilege of working with teachers, students and their families in public schools across the city of Chicago. Most recently, Vibha supported large district and charter networks across the country with their literacy implementations and assessment, focusing on foundational literacy. From teaching, coaching, and leading a school, she engages with learners and educators at all levels.

She holds a MA in Teaching and Education Administration from Dominican University, a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a licensed teacher with endorsements in School Principal with ISBE Teacher Evaluator and K-9 Elementary Education.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two active toddlers and family, finding new outdoor spaces and appreciating all the delicious culinary offerings in Chicago!
